Types of Messages We Send

We may send the following categories of messages: (1) Demo request confirmations and follow-up scheduling. (2) Account setup and onboarding notifications. (3) Platform alerts related to your mortgage pipeline, including compliance deadline reminders and time-sensitive loan notifications. (4) Customer support responses. (5) Promotional messages, only if separately consented to.

How to Opt In

You may opt in to SMS communications by: (1) Checking the SMS consent checkbox on our demo request form at porchyos.com/demo, or (2) Providing your phone number and explicit consent within the Porchy platform. Consent is never a condition of purchasing services.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After opting out, you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out. You may also opt out by emailing sms@porchyos.com or calling +1 (734) 548-9297.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your activity on the platform and any consent you have provided. Transactional messages (compliance alerts, deadline reminders) are sent as triggered by platform events. Marketing messages are infrequent and require separate opt-in.

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan. Porchy Technology LLC does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge for text messages received.

Supported Carriers

Service is available on all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, and others. Carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We do not share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your phone number is used solely to send messages from Porchy Technology LLC. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
