This Privacy Policy describes how Porchy Technology LLC ("Porchy," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 455 E Eisenhower Pkwy, Suite 300, Ann Arbor, MI 48108, collects, uses, and protects information about users of our mortgage operating system platform available at porchyos.com and app.porchyos.com.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, including name, email address, phone number, company information, and job title when you register for a demo, create an account, or contact us. Through your use of the platform, we may collect loan pipeline data, team activity data, compliance event data, and usage analytics. We also collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and device identifiers.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and operate the Porchy platform, send communications you have consented to, comply with applicable laws including GLBA, improve the platform, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
GLBA Compliance and Non-Public Personal Information
Porchy is designed for use by financial institutions subject to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA). We treat all non-public personal information (NPI) with the protections required by law. NPI is stored with field-level encryption, access is logged with SHA256 hashing to an immutable audit trail, and all AI processing redacts NPI before transmission to any AI model. Audit logs are retained for a minimum of 7 years.
SMS Communications
If you opt in to SMS communications, your phone number is used solely to send messages you have consented to receive from Porchy Technology LLC. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply. See our SMS Policy for full details.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, AES encryption at rest for sensitive data, AWS S3 with object lock for compliance documents, row-level security on all database tables, and regular security assessments. No system is perfectly secure, and we encourage you to use strong passwords and report any suspected vulnerabilities to security@porchyos.com.

We use essential cookies to operate the platform and analytics cookies to understand usage patterns. You may disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
